I seriously love bringing ideas to life.

In today’s world, part of bringing an idea to life is storytelling through modern media to engage the rest of the world in what you are doing.

That requires a skillful execution of powerful tools such as branding, messaging, typography, composition, web design, graphic design, motion design, business cinema, and more.

These can all tell the story but in different ways. This is what has driven me to not stop at learning any one discipline, but learn them all.

Though I love to do each, motion graphics is probably my favorite. Being a great motion graphic designer is a lot about problem-solving and overcoming obstacles. Often, when I go into After Effects or Cinema 4d, what I am trying to create is something new and there is no roadmap only principles.

You hit a lot of walls and it takes a lot of brainpower to figure out the solutions to bring the creative vision to life, but combining different techniques and skills in a sort of ‘motion graphics alchemy’ to create something beautiful is pure awesomeness.

Favorite design weapons: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Cinema 4d.
